What is the purpose of this Guide?

Journey of Aging is a practical reference tool for aging adult services in South Central and Northeast Wisconsin. In these two publications you will find an abundance of information, support systems, organizations, retirement communities, relevant and entertaining articles, referral sources, home health agencies, programs pertaining to adults 55+ and much, much more.

Who should read this Guide?

Journey of Aging provides a way to explore options and opportunities that pertain to seniors, caregivers, family members, disabled adults, retired veterans, active aging adults, elderly individuals seeking services, case managers, elder care professionals, social workers, discharge nurses, and anyone exploring the wide array of services for aging adults.

What is our mission?

We strive to enlighten individuals with the necessary education, resources and tools to make informed decisions regarding the aging process. Businesses and resources listed within this publication change, move and open on a regular basis. We try to provide up-to-date accurate information. We welcome updates, new resources, businesses, comments and/or suggestions.

Journey of Aging is produced twice each year with all new articles and updated resource guide, unique for each area.  Journey of Aging is available online and in print. Click Distribution to find copies of the guide throughout South Central & Northeast Wisconsin.
